What is the Sustrans National Cycle Network?

Its a network of cycle paths which are free to use and open to all, making them a great way for you and your family to stay fit and healthy while enjoying a breath of fresh air.

The network passes within one mile of half the population in the UK and continues to grow. An amazing 232 million trips were made on the Network in 2005.The project has been co-ordinated by a charity called Sustrans who have worked with many partners to deliver the cycle routes you can use today.
